Welcome to Simon Says, Big Shrimp's official SMS concert notification service. By subscribing to Simon Says, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Service Description
Simon Says is a free, optional text messaging service that notifies subscribers about upcoming Big Shrimp concerts near their location.
Subscribers provide their phone number, ZIP code, and preferred mileage radius to receive geographically relevant concert announcements.
2. SMS Notifications
Simon Says is designed to send a maximum of two promotional text messages per qualifying concert:
One message when the concert is announced.
One reminder approximately two weeks before the concert.
Message frequency varies depending on the number of concerts scheduled within your selected mileage radius.
Notifications are not guaranteed, and delivery may be affected by technical issues, carrier restrictions, or changes to concert schedules.
3. Consent to Receive Messages
By subscribing to Simon Says and expressly opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional text messages from Big Shrimp at the mobile phone number you provide.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing tickets, merchandise, or any other goods or services.
You must be authorized to receive text messages at the phone number provided.
4. Opting Out
You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any Simon Says text message.
You may receive one final confirmation message after opting out. No additional promotional messages will be sent unless you subscribe again.

5. Message and Data Rates
Simon Says does not charge a subscription fee. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan.
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Subscribers select a ZIP code and preferred mileage radius to determine which concerts qualify for notifications.
Concert eligibility is determined using available geographical information. Actual driving distances and travel times may differ from the selected radius.
Subscribers are responsible for providing accurate information and updating their preferences when necessary.
7. Concert Information
Concert dates, venues, ticket availability, and event details are subject to change.
Big Shrimp is not responsible for missed notifications, canceled or rescheduled performances, or inaccuracies in information supplied by third-party venues or ticketing providers.
Receiving a Simon Says notification does not guarantee ticket availability or admission to an event.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and use subscriber information to operate Simon Says in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing purposes.
