Simon Says is designed to send no more than two promotional text messages per qualifying concert:

  • One when the concert is announced.

  • One approximately two weeks before the concert.

We do not use Simon Says to send unrelated promotional messages.

By subscribing to Simon Says, you expressly consent to receive automated promotional text messages from Big Shrimp at the phone number you provide.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing tickets, merchandise, or any other goods or services.

Message frequency varies based on the number of concerts within your selected radius. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Simon Says text message. For assistance, reply HELP.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

We may share information with trusted service providers solely to operate Simon Says, including SMS delivery, subscriber management, and data storage.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with service providers necessary to deliver the SMS service is permitted.
